“Rated 4.8/5 from over 1,540 reviews, family-run since 1998, and their site offers both a 'Schedule Online' option and a 'Request a Quote' button plus $0 dispatch fee with written upfront pricing, making online AC replacement quotes the easiest.”
“Family-owned, BBB A+ accredited business serving the Charleston area since 2016 with 7,000+ satisfied customers, consistently glowing reviews, flexible financing, and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.”
“Ranked among the top HVAC companies in Charleston by Today's Homeowner with free quotes, a clear pricing policy, and same-day service, scoring 9.2/10 on ConsumerAffairs' Charleston ranking.”
“Well-reviewed home service contractor with 24/7 emergency service, but the evidence I found was light on AC replacement specifics and online quote ease.”
“National chain with decent ratings (4.5, 99 reviews), but nothing distinctive about its Charleston AC replacement offering versus local specialists.”
“5.0 stars but based on only 8 reviews, too thin a record to recommend confidently.”
“Huge review volume (6,293) but the profile is plumbing-heavy with little AC-replacement-specific evidence.”
“Ranked 9.2/10 on ConsumerAffairs but founded in 2023, too new for a major replacement purchase decision.”
“On the ConsumerAffairs top-10 list (9.2/10) but I found no substantive detail on online quoting or AC replacement reviews to stand on.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
