“Top of Porch's heat pump installation list for Albuquerque with 177 reviews, a HomeAdvisor 4.9 rating (97% 5-star), and a published customer review of an actual Trane heat pump install praising its cooling and heating.”
“Family-owned since 2012, holds New Mexico Mechanical License #376701, does ductless mini-split (heat pump) service and swamp-cooler-to-refrigerated-air conversions, and is a PNM Rebate Partner for high-efficiency equipment.”
“Listed in Porch's Albuquerque heat pump installation category with 118 reviews and in business since 1999.”
“One glowing review of two installed systems, but also a review threatening a lawsuit over a botched thermostat rewire.”
“One superb ducting review (prompt, courteous, reasonably priced) but no heat-pump-specific evidence.”
“Licensed HVAC contractor with a 5.0 rating, but only 3 reviews on record.”
“Listed for heat pump installs, but only 11 ratings and in business since 2022.”
“4.1 across 123 ratings with emergency services, but the rating is the weakest among verified options.”
“4.9 with 19 ratings and 30 years in business, but based in Belen rather than Albuquerque.”
“Listed in the heat pump category but no reviews or details surfaced.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
